We chose Kendal Read and his building team for our 3rd renovation. It was definitely 3rd time lucky for us! Kendal is super organised and always readily available for a call. It was a huge relief not to have to worry about the plan knowing Kendal had it in hand. The quality of work was outstanding, even the building inspectors commented. I also really appreciated that when we encountered any design problems, Kendal would take the time to solve them, even providing drawings or other visuals to help. It’s like having a builder, architect and designer in one. We are thrilled with our new home and would have no hesitation in recommending Kendal and his team to others.
