Kendal came to my rescue midway through a complex new build that the contracted builder had walked away from.  Kendal’s  knowledge and expertise turned what could have been a disastrous outcome for me into a beautifully finished high quality home that has attracted a good deal of very favourable comment.

Much of the work that had been done had to be redone, which turned out to be a blessing, as Kendal has a team of excellent professionals that he uses, who produced a result far superior to what had been delivered and deemed to be acceptable by the original contractor, but which wasn’t in keeping with the high-end build we wanted to achieve.

Kendal’s organisation and communication are superb. Despite the demands of managing a very successful and busy company he was always available to assist and offer advice, and his strategic forward planning avoided any of the down time that had previously been experienced.

Having experienced the worst case scenario, I have now experienced the best. Kendal’s calm and reassuring manner made working with him and his team very easy. As well as being a true professional, Kendal is a kind and compassionate human being who came to my aid when I didn’t know where to turn, and I owe him a huge debt of gratitude. Not only has he delivered me a beautiful house, but he has turned a very stressful experience into a pleasurable one and I can’t recommend him highly enough.
